I am currently researching and writing an upcoming book that looks at organisational strategy and information and tries to explain, in simple terms, how timely, adequate and appropriate information can temper the formulation, choice and execution of good strategy.

Topics explored will be areas and intersections of tactical agility, behaviour, culture, logistics, risk, business process, business performance, learning, knowledge, information and data.
