I am now researching and writing an upcoming book. It examines organisational strategy and information. The book explains, in simple terms, how prompt, adequate, and appropriate information can influence the formulation. This includes choosing and executing a sound strategy.

Topics explored will include areas and intersections of tactical agility, behaviour, and culture. Other areas are logistics, risk, and business process. We will also explore business performance, learning, and knowledge, as well as information and data.
